Pack's Walker to miss UNC game

N.C. State safety Javon Walker, who suffered a sprained knee against Miami, has been ruled out of Saturday's game against North Carolina.

Wide receiver John Dunlap is listed as questionable with an ankle sprain and fullback Ced Hickman questionable with a shoulder sprain.

Offensive tackle Julian Williams, who has missed the last three games with a knee sprain, has been upgraded to probable.

Robbie Leonard, a redshirt junior, is listed as the starter at strong safety.

If we at Carolina need anything, the last place we'll look is State College.

And the excuses begin....... Just kidding. I don't dislike NCSU or it's fans. Especially the sane, well grounded fans.

rbl...which Carolina are you talking about are you a tarhole or a lamecock? With that kiddie-smack you're talking i can only guess you must be representing one of the many Universities of North Caorlina in the small picturesque town of Chapel Hill.

And why are you gonna ask Penn State, that's the only school i know of in "State College".

UNC Alumnus...you can say it, go ahead...it's not an excuse though. I'll leave all those to your coach, he's got a ton of really imaginative ones. It's just that Javon Walker is an excellent safety and tackler, he will be missed.

Walker plays, doesn't play, doesn't matter.

UNC wins the 5th game in a row in this floundering rivalry. you just need to remember TJ Yates is no Kirby Freeman.

I believe he'll complete more passes in his first two throws than Freeman did.

but to which team beezer? Freeman completed 4 passes, 3 of them were to us as i think you know. T.J. also seems to be throwing INT's lately. He's almost caught up to his TD total i think hasnt he?

Rochester, please read my entire post. Should I assume you are not sane or well grounded? Oh how I wish I could be at that game. I love the enthusiasm of NCSU fans. Sadly, I must work, doing my duty to keep my community healthy. Go Heels!! Beat State BAD

Hopefully, the Heels will assert themselves and deny State any momentum. I think UNC can and will win. Go Heels!!
